FOCUS &
SERVICES
We negotiate transparently and effectively on your behalf — and we only succeed when you do, with our compensation tied directly to completed transactions
At Elitzer Associates, we deliver bulge-bracket expertise with boutique-level attention.
We advise on all aspects of M&A and corporate finance — including IPO readiness and execution strategy. Our clients include public and private companies, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals and families.
SELL-SIDE M&A ASSIGNMENTS
As the trusted intermediary, we stand by our clients at every step, from comprehensive buyer identification and outreach to achieving a full price and advantageous deal terms from a buyer who shares the client's values and respects his legacy. While every transaction is unique, most sell-side processes are completed within 6 to 9 months from kickoff to close.
BUY-SIDE M&A ASSIGNMENTS
Our full-scope services include comprehensive target identification and tailored outreach. Some clients have already identified their target and may already have a relationship. In that case, we excel at guiding the process to a successful closing, making the management of the target feel comfortable, resolving potential "show-stoppers" before they become critical, and coordinating due diligence, legal, and accounting workstreams.
CAPITAL RAISING
Private equity – we help companies access private capital to accelerate growth or facilitate ownership transitions, pairing them with the investment partners who have shared values and goals for long-term success.
Public equity – we leverage broad experience in project-managing the IPO process, setting up "beauty contests" where underwriters compete to lead the offering, advising client on selection, and providing unconflicted advice throughout the process.
MANAGEMENT BUYOUT (MBO)
We support owners and management teams in structuring practical, workable deals — with or without ESOPs — tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.
